  Critchley Avenue is based in Dartford, Kent. The home is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat for two young people aged 18-25 years who can live independently and receive weekly outreach support.

The service will focus on life skills development, emotional wellbeing and personalised support planning to assist residents in building confidence and sustainable routines as they transition into adulthood.
